Case Note Writing

This course will cover the basics of Case Note Writing.

To ensure all Support Coordinators are Case noting in a streamlined and consistent manner the following Case Noting guidelines are to be followed.

Case noting is an important element of our role to ensure that case notes reflect the tasks Support Coordinators undertake and delivery of service.

Case notes are a legal document and may also be requested by NDIS as an indication of service delivery and subpoenaed as court documents.

It is expected that Support Coordinators complete case notes each day to avoid errors, inaccurate case notes and billing issues.
